This is one of the most important stages in the treatment journey. It is your opportunity to meet with the team to learn about the treatment options available and to ask any questions you may have, in a calm, relaxed environment. For us the consultation is a chance to listen to your aesthetic goals and to tailor a treatment plan that is bespoke to your needs. During the consultation, you may undergo a detailed skin analysis using our skin analyser. You will also be shown before and after photographs of other patients who have undergone a similar procedure. We will explain the risks of the proposed procedure to you in a way that is easy to understand and you will then be provided with a written quotation for your proposed treatment.
Once you decide to proceed with your procedure, the Refresh Medispa team will be happy to make the necessary arrangements. Occasionally, we may be able to offer you treatment on the same day. Alternatively, a deposit secures a date. The balance is payable prior to the procedure.
At Refresh, we also work with third party companies who are able to organise payment plan if required. The application process is simple and can be done online; please ask the team for further details.
You will be asked to arrive slightly earlier before your scheduled procedure. Once settled, our team member will recap the planned procedure and answer any further questions. Photographs are taken to use as a point of comparison afterwards. After the procedure, you will be given time to relax, have a drink and given further instructions about what products to use to aid your recovery.
We will arrange a review to check up on you. The timing of the review appointment depends on the procedure as well as the specialist’s preference. Throughout your recovery, our team are always at hand to answer any questions you may have. You are also welcome to always pop in for a review if you prefer.
