The initial consultation was very informative and confirmed my understanding of acne which I have had since the start of puberty. Having lived with it for years now, I finally decided to deal with it. I have been having a hydrafacial with LED and can already see the difference.

I have been to a number of clinics previously to improve my skin and have always been disappointed. At Refresh Medispa, things could not be more different. Refresh Medispa were brilliant. As someone who is needle phobic, I was very apprehensive about having my wrinkles treated. My nurse exuded professionalism and her manner put me completely at ease. I love my results and she was really knowledgeable about skincare too.

I have always been cautious about having cosmetic surgery but my flappy skin on my arms was getting me down. When I saw Mr Fazel, I really felt he spent time explaining all my options to me. Eventually I decided to have Bodytite to my arms. I am so pleased with the results; my arms are tighter with a better profile … and I don’t have the long scar from an arm lift.

I recently completed my course of Emsculpt Neo for my abdominal muscles and was very impressed with the expertise and care from everyone I saw at Refresh Medispa, from Mr Fazel initially, his therapists and his secretary. The treatment was comfortable and I can already see that my muscle tone has improved. The Medispa is also a lovely place to have treatments; it feels more like a spa than a clinic.

Mr Fazel is a genius. I am 6 weeks post a Facetite procedure and already I can see my jowls tighten and disappear. I was recommended to undergo Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to help with my healing. Not only did my wounds heal much faster than I anticipated, I also felt much less tired and much more clear headed. I feel it has really revitalized me.

I have dark skin and have always previously worried about laser hair removal but I had an amazing experience at Refresh Medispa. This place really feels and smells like a spa! The staff are so lovely and the whole experience from the complementary herbals teas to the painless laser hair removal was a breeze. I will definitely be back.

Symmetrical breasts using my own fat I had always been unhappy about my asymmetrical breasts. I couldn’t have anything done
through the NHS. I didn’t want implants so I was very happy when Mr Fazel said he could do lipomodelling for me to my breasts. I had to have 3 rounds of fat grafting (I had pretty bad asymmetry) but now 18 months later I can honestly say that my breasts feel just right for

I always disliked my scar from my C-section. I have just finished my course of treatments (Dermapen microneedling) at Refresh Medispa and am very pleased with the results and the care I received. An exceptional team and a lovely facility.
